Onsite Recruiting at the ACS Career Fair

Recruiting onsite at the ACS Career Fair gives you the opportunity to attract the attention of the more than 11,000 chemists and engineers expected to attend the ACS Annual Meeting in Indianapolis. At our last Onsite Career Fair in New Orleans over 900 job seekers participated. Onsite you will be able to network with and interview qualified candidates. Moreover, you'll be able to share information about your company, its open positions, and what it's like to work there. Even before the meeting begins, you'll be able to screen candidates attending the Career Fair and make interview appointments via the ACS Career Jobs Database.

Take advantage of these opportunities to attract the best talent...

• Professional Interviewing Area - Meet candidates and conduct interviews in a quiet, professional environment. You can either reserve a table or an office.  Interviews can be scheduled in advance or onsite via the C&EN Jobs Database.
• Personal Computer Area - Post jobs, search resumes, and schedule interviews using the bank of computers available exclusively for onsite employers.  You can also communicate with candidates via email and use your personal online Career Fair calendar to manage your meetings, interviews, and schedules.
• Recruiters Row - Reach out to all the ACS National Meeting attendees by reserving a table or booth in Recruiters Row located inside the exhibition hall.  You can provide literature about your organization and have informed discussions with prospective candidates.

Cancellations

Any request to cancel or change your booth space after your initial space reservation must be put in writing and sent to ACS Career Fair (fax: 202-872-4529; email: g_rollins@acs.org; or mail: American Chemical Society Career Management and Development , 1155 Sixteenth Street NW, Washington DC 20036).
