Support of our official meeting hotels helps us arrange discounted hotel rates and keep registration fees to a minimum. Stay in an official hotel whenever possible, and reserve your hotel room through Orchid Event Solutions (formerly The Housing Connection, LLC). ACS does not endorse booking hotel reservations through any other source.
Discounted rates may apply when you book through Orchid Event Solutions. (I.e., Discounts won’t be given if you book directly through the hotel.)
Rates apply to stays between April 2 - 13. Additional nights must be booked directly through the hotel.
All reservation methods require credit card information. Rates include complimentary Internet access in sleeping rooms.
Technical programming will be held at the Morial Convention Center AND ACS official hotels around the city. The technical session locatorlists where each Division is programming during the meeting. Use the locator to select the hotel closest to your sessions. (Technical Session Locator will be available mid January).
The following hotels are not a part of the official ACS housing block but may be of interest. You will need to make your reservations directly with these hotels and ask for the listed ACS rate. Hotels may not be included on the ACS shuttle route; therefore, daily transportation is your responsibility.
