Registering for the Career Fair is quick and easy. First go to the ACS Careers Jobs Database. Please create an Employer account if you do not already have one. Then, log into your account.

Once you are logged in, go to your account and look for the orange C to register for the Career Fair. Follow the instructions to the right of the C and you'll be guided through the complete registration process, including all the various exhibit and sponsorship options available to employers during the Career Fair.

Yes, you can if you’ve registered for both the onsite Career Fair and the Virtual Career Fair. On your account page there is a link “Move my job postings to the virtual environment.” All of your jobs will be transferred to the virtual environment. You can then delete any postings you don’t need once you are inside the virtual environment.

There is no limit to the number of jobs you can post.
A cancellation will result in retaining a minimum of $600 of paid fees. No cancellations will be received two weeks before the meeting.
Use the ACS Careers Jobs Database to search resumes, communicate with prospective candidates, and schedule interviews. You can keep track of your scheduled interviews in your online calendar. If you have attended the ACS Career Fair before, you’ll find the process has not changed.

Yes. You can reserve a space on Recruiters Row, giving you the opportunity to network with all ACS National Meeting attendees.
800 job seekers attended the last Career Fair held during the ACS 2013 Spring National Meeting. All job seekers are ACS members. The majority hold PhDs across a broad range of disciplines within chemistry and its related fields. Candidates include both recent graduates seeking entry-level positions and experienced professionals in search of executive positions.
In addition to reserving interview space, we recommend reserving a space along Recruiters Row, which will enable you to informally meet with all ACS National Meeting attendees. In addition, the Career Fair offers several sponsorship opportunities to draw attention to your organization.
